Delete Your Reluna Account

At Reluna, you control your data. You can delete individual data or your entire account at any time.
How to Delete Individual Data (Without Deleting Your Account)
You can remove specific cycle entries from within the app:
- Open Reluna and sign in.
- Go to View All Cycles (or the cycle list).
- Tap a cycle entry to open its details.
- Tap Edit or Delete and confirm. That cycle is permanently removed from your account.
What gets deleted: Only the cycle record you delete (dates, flow, mood, symptoms, notes). Your account and other cycles remain.
How to Delete Your Entire Account
- Open the Reluna app on your device.
- Sign in if needed.
- Go to Settings (tap the profile or gear icon, or open the Profile/Settings tab).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your account and data will be permanently deleted.
Alternative: If you cannot access the app, email support@reluna.app with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account (email, username, password)
- All cycle records (period dates, flow, mood, symptoms, notes)
- Your profile settings (cycle length, period length, time zone)
- Notification preferences and device tokens
- AI insight usage history
- Subscription status records
Retention Period
Deleted data is removed from our active databases within 30 days. Backups may retain copies for up to 90 days before they are overwritten. After that, your data cannot be recovered.
What We Keep (If Required)
We may retain minimal information where required by law (e.g., transactional records for tax or legal compliance). We do not use retained data for any other purpose.
